During thistotal renovation of an old apartment, the demolition of all of the partitions made it possible to redistribute the volumes and to provide on an open kitchen -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_stay now bright. Nothing is missing: a new comfortable bathroom with laundry area,  separate toilets, a comfortable and quiet bedroom equipped with acoustic windows. The replacement of all the old wooden windows with new insulating windows  enabled the installation of a program-controlled electric heating system. This completely updated old apartment  now benefits from all modern equipment: functional fitted kitchen,  electricity to standards, broadband internet, VMC, insulation of door frames, controlled electric heating, ...while retaining its charm of yesteryear.
