RESTRUCTURING OF VOLUMES

In this apartment  intended for rental, the volumes have been modified to obtain a kitchen open to the living room. 

The partition which initially separated the living room, the kitchen, the hallway and the entrance has been demolished.

The new space created provides more luminosity and the open kitchen brings a more contemporary touch.

 

KITCHEN RENOVATION 

A completely renovated kitchen. Les éléments de cuisine vétustes ont été remplacés par une cuisine équipée et totalement intégrée. Due to space constraints,  IKEA kitchen units have been resized and adapted to accommodate  all necessary equipment: induction hob, extractor hood extractor, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher.

In the credenza of the work plan, laying of "metro" tiles, on the ground  laying of tiles looking like cement tiles.

BATHROOM RENOVATION 

The ageless bathroom  has been completely renovated and brought up to date. The bathtub has been replaced by a shower tray of dimension comfortable of 80 x 140 cm with glass door sliding, installation of a cotemporary washbasin cabinet and suspended toilet. The bathroom is now heated by a towel radiator. A  horizontal water heater of 150 L  was concealed against the top in a removable formwork with an inspection hatch. The floor and wall tiles are porcelain stoneware.

RENOVATION AND INSTALLATION OF WINDOW 

The new kitchen project did not allow the existing window to be kept due to a work plan abutting de l'ouverture. The window  was therefore replaced  by a PVC model with low-emissivity 4/20/4 insulating glazing consisting of 2 openings at the_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_francaise on fixed sill, including un oscillo-battant.
